2. Earning Methods & Reward System

  • Users must ensure that invited members are real and active users.
  • Fake, inactive, or bot-generated referrals may lead to account suspension.

2.2 Task-to-Earn:

  • Users must complete assigned tasks according to provided instructions.
  • Submitting false or manipulated task completions will lead to penalties.

2.3 Play-to-Earn:

  • Users can earn points by participating in games offered within the platform.
  • Gaming fraud, such as exploiting loopholes or using automated scripts, is prohibited.

2.4 Develop-to-Earn:

  • Users contributing to platform development or creating content for Earntelligent Network can receive rewards.
  • Any submission must be original and meet platform standards.

2.5 Stake-to-Earn & Trade-to-Earn:

  • Users engaging in staking and trading activities must follow market guidelines.
  • All transactions must comply with security and compliance protocols.

2.6 P2P Transactions & Gifting:

  • Users can transfer or gift earned points to others by paying some fee.
  • Transactions are final and cannot be reversed once completed.

3. Information We Collect

  • Wallet Addresses: For transactions and rewards distribution.
  • On-Chain Data: Publicly visible blockchain interactions.
  • Voluntary Data: Emails for account notifications or surveys.
  • Google Account Information: Basic profile data when using Sign in with Google.
  • YouTube Data: Read access to verify tasks like channel subscriptions via YouTube.read scope.

  • Improve AI-driven features (e.g., personalized recommendations).
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Verify task completion (e.g., YouTube channel subscriptions) for reward distribution.

  • Validators/Node Operators: Transaction data for network consensus.
  • Third-Party Services: DEXs, bridges, or AI tools (subject to their privacy policies).
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us provide our services.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, legal process, or governmental authorities.

  • Encryption for sensitive data.

7. User Rights

  • Deletion: On-chain data cannot be deleted due to blockchain nature.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Fraudulent Activities: Creating fake accounts, using bots, or manipulating earning methods.
  • Spamming & Abuse: Spreading misleading promotions, fake advertisements, or phishing scams.
  • Illegal Transactions: Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized transfers.
  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Engaging in bullying, discrimination, or offensive conduct.
  • Exploiting Platform Loopholes: Using unauthorized software, scripts, or VPNs to manipulate rewards.

Violations may result in account termination, loss of rewards, and legal action.

9. Publisher's Platform (Advertising & Content Policy)

Users can redeem earned points to advertise content via our Publisher's Platform.

  • Content Review:
    • All advertisements undergo a review process to ensure they meet community standards.
    • We do not allow religious, political, or harmful content.
  • No Responsibility for Advertised Content:
    • We do not endorse or take liability for third-party content promoted on the platform.
    • Advertisers bear full responsibility for their promotions.

10. Third-Party Authentication

  • Google Sign-In: When you choose to sign in using your Google account, you are subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • YouTube API Services: Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to YouTube Terms of Service.
  • Google API Restrictions: We do not transfer, sell, or misuse Google user data in accordance with Google API Services User Data Policy.
